​World Outreach Evangelism Church, founded in 2025, is a Christ-centered community in Fort Worth. We exist to share God’s love, grow in faith, serve others, and reach nations with the Gospel.

Grace Murama
Kids Ministry
Murama Rugumanya has more than 20 years of ministry experience and has co-founded several house churches in North America and overseas. He is dedicated to serving underprivileged, refugee, and immigrant communities.
His vision is for a holistic church that meets both spiritual and physical needs. Murama is married to Grace, and they have two children, Ivy and Jayden
As Senior Associate Pastor, he leads Spirit-filled Bible studies, mentors believers, and teaches Scripture with clarity. He fosters fellowship, discipleship, and service while equipping new leaders to multiply disciples and strengthen the church community.
Grace has a heart for people and loves serving wherever God calls her. Over the years, she has led the choir, taught Sunday School, encouraged women as a ministry leader, and poured into children through kids’ ministry.
Her greatest joy is equipping the next generation with God’s Word and walking alongside people as they grow in faith. Grace especially enjoys connecting with the international community at Worldoutreach Evangelism Church, where her warm spirit and love for Christ touch many lives.
